2023 Registration

Registration Fees

SSLW2023 registration includes: Admission to all SSLW sessions scheduled on Thursday through Saturday; admission to the exhibits; morning and afternoon refreshment breaks; lunch on all three days; and Eventbrite fees and taxes.

*The student rate is only available to full-time students at the time of the event. If you register as a student, you may be asked to provide a valid student ID or a signed letter from your faculty advisor when you check in.

SSLW2023 Registration

Check-in Procedure

If you are already registered, you can receive your name tag by checking in at the registration desk (MU Arizona Room) with an SSLW Assistant who is wearing an SSLW button. Just provide your name or your QR code on your ticket (paper or electronic).

Check in will also be available on Wednesday 2-5 pm at Paul’s office, Ross-Blakley Hall 161 (Map) and between 6-8 pm during the Pre-Symposium Social at Pedal Haus Brewery Tempe (730 S. Mill Avenue #102, Tempe, AZ 85281).

Onsite Registration

Here are options for onsite registration:

  • On a mobile device using the Eventbrite app; download and search for SSLW
  • Online at Eventbrite.com
  • At the registration desk in front of MU Arizona Room by cash or credit card

Cancellation

Refunds are available through Eventbright until 30 days before the start of the event.
