The failure to cancel the presentation well in advance may affect your ability to present in the future. Cancelling your session and registration are two separate processes; cancelling your registration on Eventbrite does not affect Sched.com and vice versa.

Program. Check the online program to verify the session title, author names, and 50-word summary. You may make minor edits or adjustments, if necessary. We also recommend making your profile public and updating it with a photo, institutional affiliation, and brief bio. You may upload your presentation slides or handout under Add Presentation (50MB max; see Instructions). Adding new co-authors is not allowed after the proposal has been accepted (see below).

Additional Presenters. Requests to add co-authors after a proposal has been accepted are generally not approved. Virtual or recorded presentations are generally not allowed except for designated virtual sessions or emergency situations. In order to participate, virtual presenters must also be registered.

Presentation Time and Room. The day before your presentation, check the program for the start and end time and room information and check the location on the floor plan. Please do not start your presentation until the designated time (even if the previous presenter is not there) because some people will be coming specifically to see your presentation. Please end your presentation promptly at the designated time.

Transition Time: Each session is followed by a preiod of 5 minutes or more to allow for the smooth transition from one presenter to another. As a professional curtesy, please stop your presentation immediately at the designated time and allow the next presenter to start setting up. If people wish to talk to you after your presentation, please take the conversation outside the room. There will be no session chairs or time keepers.

Internet Access. Eduroam is available at the conference venue. The system is not designed for large events, and access and speed may be limited depending on the collective usage.
