*The student rate is only available to full-time students<\/em> at the time of the event (not at the time of registering). If you register as a student, you may be asked to provide a valid student ID or a signed letter from your faculty advisor when you check in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

**The special rate is available upon request only to retired faculty<\/em> and part-time faculty without financial support from their institutions<\/em>. This provision is intended for potential participants with demonstrated financial needs who would not otherwise be able to join the conference. Other requests cannot be considered at this point. Please complete the SSLW Special Rate Application<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Credit Card Issues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Eventbrite accepts major credit cards. If you encounter errors while trying to use your credit card, please contact your credit card company first\u2014the problem is usually caused by credit card companies blocking international transactions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your Ticket QR Code<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You will need your ticket QR code to check in at the event. Download Eventbrite app<\/a> and add the QR code to your digital Wallet on your phone. You can also save or print out the PDF ticket with the QR code on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Onsite Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To register onsite, go to Eventbrite.com<\/a> or use the Eventbrite app<\/a> before approaching the check-in counter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Refunds are available through Eventbrite until 30 days before the start of the event. (Eventbrite fees are not refundable.) If you were unable to attend SSLW because of visa issues, refunds will be issued through the end of the conference upon request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To cancel your registration, login at Eventbrite.com<\/a> and go to Tickets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancelling your registration does not affect your presentation slot on the program. If you are a presenter and would like to cancel your session, please notify the organizers at sslw@asu.edu immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
