The 22nd Symposium on Second Language Writing (SSLW2026) will be held at Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan. SSLW2026 will start on October 22 with networking events<\/a>, followed by three days of academic sessions on October 23, 24 and 25, 2026. This year’s SSLW continues the conversation about AI and L2 writing with a focus on the humanity of writing teachers. SSLW2026 is officially designated as the Kyoto University Institute for Liberal Arts and Sciences International Symposium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
