Because lunch options near the conference site are rather limited\u2014especially on weekends\u2014we have arranged pre-order lunch options for registered conference participants. (You are welcome to purchase your lunch at the\u00a0convenience store on campus<\/a>, or to bring your own lunch.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you order your lunch, the lunch tickets will be attached to your name tag. You can pick up your pre-ordered lunch in the registration area and eat them in one of the meeting rooms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can pre-order your lunch until October 11 (Japan Time). All lunch order must be prepaid. No new orders, payments, or refunds can be processed after October 12. If you miss the deadline, please arrange your own lunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
