Registration Closing Soon

The registration deadline is October 31, 2024 (Arizona Time). Please register before the deadline so we can prepare your name tag.

When you register, please provide the following information for each attendee—even if it is identical to the buyer information—no later than October 31, 2025: 

Under Contact Information: 

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email

Under Other Information: 

• Full name for the name tag (Use proper capitalization and do not add degrees or titles)
• Institutional Affiliation (Do not abbreviate)

Without this information, the attendee may not be able to check in or receive a name tag.
