Upon Arrival
Early Check-In
Beat the crowd! If you are coming to Taipei before the evening of October 22, you can check in and pick up your name tag at the Pre-Symposium Social Wednesday evening. Please have your ticket QR code ready.
Check-In and Onsite Registration
Check-in and onsite registration counters are located in the 1F Conference Hall lobby in the morning (8:00-11:30) and in front of the 1F Staff Room (between Room 101 and 103) in the afternoon (12:00-17:00).

Check-in Procedure
The check-in counters are organized into: 1) on-site registration and 2) pre-registration (organized alphabetically by the last name: A-D, F-J, K-L, M-S, T-Z).
If you have pre-registered, please prepare your QR code and approach the pre-registration check-in counter, arranged by the first letter of your last name. A staff member will check you in and provide your name tag. (If you signed up for the opening reception, you will also receive a ticket.) If you cannot find your QR code, provide the first three letters of your last name.
If you have not registered, please go to the on-site registration desk and scan the registration QR code to register online. Once you have the ticket QR code, a staff member will check you in and give you a blank name tag.
If you are not sure if you have registered, approach the on-site registration desk and provide the first three letters of your last name. A staff member will assist you.
On the first day, we will only have 30 minutes for check in before the opening ceremony starts. For a smooth check in experience, please have your QR code ready and follow the instructions from the SSLW staff. To help avoid the rush, please consider coming to the Pre-Symposium Social Wednesday evening, where you can check in and pick up your name tag.
Opening Reception
Due to space limitation, the opening reception is by reservation only. We may have a limited number of tickets available for sale in the afternoon of October 23. Please check with the registration desk (between Rooms 101 and 103) after 12:00 on October 23. The ticket sales is on a first-come, first-served basis, and ends when the tickets are sold out. The price will be 25USD—online only, no cash.
