Registration Fees
SSLW registration includes: Admission to all SSLW sessions and refreshments. Online registration includes an online presentation slots and access to other online presentations as well as some in-person sessions that are broadcast. A non-refundable Eventbrite fees will be added to the amount.

*The student rate is only available to full-time students at the time of the event (not at the time of registering). If you register as a student, you may be asked to provide a valid student ID or a signed letter from your faculty advisor when you check in.
**The special rate is available upon request only to retired faculty and part-time faculty without financial support from their institutions. This provision is intended for potential participants with demonstrated financial needs who would not otherwise be able to join the conference. Other requests cannot be considered at this point. Please complete the SSLW Special Rate Application.
***Online registration is available only to PRC passport holders. Online registration is available to allow participants from People’s Republic of China to present their work online, attend other online presentations and some other sessions that are broadcast.
Credit Card Issues
Eventbrite accepts major credit cards. If you encounter errors while trying to use your credit card, please contact your credit card company first—the problem is usually caused by credit card companies blocking international transactions.
Check-in Procedure
If you are already registered, you can receive your name tag at the check-in counter (organized alphabetically by the last name). Just provide the QR code on your ticket (paper or electronic), or the first three letters of your last name.
Onsite Registration
If you have not registered, go to the Registration Desk and follow the instruction to register online with your device. Have your credit card ready—let your card company know that you will be making transactions through a U.S.-based online vendor.
Cancellation
Refunds are available through Eventbrite until 30 days before the start of the event. If you are unable to attend SSLW because of visa issues, refunds will be issued through the end of the conference. (Eventbrite fees are not refundable.)
Cancelling your registration does not affect your presentation slot on the program. If you are a presenter and would like to cancel your session, please notify the organizers at sslw@asu.edu immediately.
