Important note: SSLW2025 Program (Sched.com) and SSLW2025 Registration (Eventbrite) are not fully linked. Cancelling or modifying one is not going to automatically cancel or modify the other.
Cancelling Your Registration. To cancel online or in-person registration with Eventbrite, you will need to log into Eventbrite. The deadline for cancellation is 30 days before the event.
Cancelling Your Presentation. To cancel your presentation, please email sslw@asu.edu as soon as possible. (Sessions that are not cancelled but not presented will be marked “no show” and may affect your future participation.)
Modifying Your Presentation. The deadline for requesting the modification of an in-person presentation to an online presentation was July 15, 2025. (This option was offered only to PRC Passport holders who are not able to participate in person due to visa issues.) At this point, the only available option is to cancel the presentation by emailing sslw@asu.edu.
